Pastor Steve Nelson is the Lead Pastor at Oaklawn Church of God, where he has served since December '07. Pastor Steve earned a Pastoral Ministry degree from Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City and has previously held pastoral positions in Florida and Oklahoma.
He and his wife, Shelly, spend quality time with their son, Christian, cheering for the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, and planning trips to the beach. If Pastor Steve isn't in the office, try Java Roasting Cafe'.
